Subscription Cancellation Policy
ArcFuelSupps™ offers subscriptions on selected products. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel them.
Delivery frequencies
- Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate and Vanilla): every 3 or 4 weeks
- Nitric Shock Pre-Workout: every 4 or 6 weeks
- Creatine Monohydrate: every 6 or 8 weeks
How subscriptions work
When you subscribe, you choose a delivery frequency at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically, and the payment method you used at checkout is charged the subscription price for each delivery until you cancel. The price and frequency are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Cancel, skip or pause
You can cancel, skip or pause anytime after your first order from your account or the link in your order email. Changes apply to orders that haven't been charged yet. An order that has already been charged and shipped can't be cancelled.
Returns and refunds
Shipped subscription orders are treated like any other order. See our Refund Policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
