Third-Party Tools We Use
We want this policy to match what our website actually does. The following tools are active on arcfuelsupps.com and receive information about your visit:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform. Shopify processes your browsing, cart, order, and payment information on our behalf. See the Shopify Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel — receives information about pages you view, items you add to cart, and purchases you make, so we can measure and target our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
- TikTok Pixel and related technologies (including the Events API, Advanced Matching, Shopify APIs, and In-App Checkout) — receives information about your interactions with the Site, your purchases, and device information, so we can measure ad performance, optimize campaigns, and reach relevant customers. You can choose your data-sharing level in the TikTok for Business integration settings. See the TikTok Privacy Policy.
- Omnisend — our email and SMS marketing platform. Omnisend stores your contact details, marketing consent records, and marketing preferences, tracks whether you open or click our messages, and records on-site activity such as pages viewed and carts started so we can send abandoned-cart and other automated messages. See the Omnisend Privacy Policy.
- Appstle Subscriptions — manages subscription orders, delivery schedules and the customer subscription portal. It receives your name, email, shipping address and subscription details; payment is handled by Shopify Payments.
- Supliful — our fulfillment partner, which manufactures, packs and ships orders. It receives your name, shipping address, phone number (if provided) and order contents.
- Google Analytics — where enabled, helps us understand how customers use the Site. See the Google Privacy Policy, or opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out.
If we add, remove, or change these tools, we will update this policy.
Behavioral Advertising
We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and your interaction with our ads with the advertising partners named above, including through cookies and similar technologies (with your consent, where required).
You can opt out of targeted advertising through: Facebook, Google, Bing, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out, and your TikTok account settings.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws, sharing identifiers and browsing activity with advertising partners such as Meta and TikTok for cross-context behavioral advertising can be treated as a “sale” or “share.” We disclose this so you can make an informed choice.
You have the right to opt out of this sharing. Use our Your Privacy Choices page to opt this browser out, and optionally your customer account as well. You can also use the advertising opt-outs listed above, or email support@arcfuelsupps.com. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal enabled, we treat that as a request to opt out of any activity that may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information for that browser and device. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of anyone under 16.
Using Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to provide our services, including offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilling orders, providing customer support, and — where you have opted in — keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
Minors
The Site and our products are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at support@arcfuelsupps.com to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information for Legal Reasons
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to subpoenas, search warrants, or other lawful requests, or to protect our rights.
Lawful Basis (EEA Residents)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases (GDPR): your consent; the performance of the contract between you and the Site; compliance with our legal obligations; to protect your vital interests; to perform a task carried out in the public interest; and for our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it. Marketing contact records and consent records are retained while you remain subscribed and for as long afterwards as we are required to evidence consent. For more information on your right of erasure, see “Your Rights” below.
Automatic Decision-Making
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (including profiling) when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you. We engage in limited automated decision-making (via Shopify) to prevent fraud.
Your Rights
GDPR (EEA and UK Residents): You have the right to access, port, correct, update, or erase your Personal Information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@arcfuelsupps.com.
CCPA/CPRA (California Residents): You have the right to know, access, port, correct, update, or erase your Personal Information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information (see above), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@arcfuelsupps.com. You may designate an authorized agent to submit these requests on your behalf.
Cookies
We use cookies to operate the Site, remember your cart, measure how the Site is used, and support advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. For more information, visit All About Cookies. Blocking cookies may affect your experience and some features of the Site may not function properly. Blocking cookies may not fully prevent third-party information sharing; see the “Behavioral Advertising” and “Sale or Sharing of Personal Information” sections above for opt-out instructions.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not alter our data collection and usage practices in response to a legacy “Do Not Track” browser signal, due to the lack of an industry standard for responding to it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if you visit the Site with GPC enabled, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device, as described under “Sale or Sharing of Personal Information” above. We also honor opt-out requests sent to us directly.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we change the tools that collect your information, we will update the “Third-Party Tools We Use” section.
Complaints
To make a complaint, contact us at support@arcfuelsupps.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
SMS Marketing Compliance
ARCFUELSUPPS™ LIMITED follows all SMS marketing laws and best practices, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines. Our SMS program is operated through Omnisend.
Consent & Opt-In
Explicit, documented consent is required for SMS marketing. Subscribing to email or providing a phone number is not sufficient — customers must specifically opt in to SMS. At opt-in, we clearly state the type and frequency of messages.
Message Content & Frequency
All SMS must be accurate, clear, and not misleading. We do not send messages containing illegal activities, drugs, abuse, adult content, nudity, profanity, hate speech, or anything prohibited by S.H.A.F.T. (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, including CBD, vaping, marijuana/cannabis). Messages are sent only between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm in your local time zone. We do not overwhelm customers with frequent messages.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
Every SMS includes an opt-out method (e.g., reply STOP). All opt-out requests are processed promptly.
Data Privacy & Use
Phone numbers and information collected for SMS are used only for the purposes stated at opt-in, are stored with Omnisend as our processor, and are not otherwise shared except as required by law or to fulfill services. This Privacy Policy, including SMS terms, is available on our website and linked from all SMS opt-in forms.
Ensuring SMS Message Delivery
- No S.H.A.F.T. content: Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, CBD, vaping, and marijuana/cannabis content is strictly prohibited.
- Forbidden message categories: Any message violating S.H.A.F.T. will result in blocking of SMS numbers and lost campaign costs.
- Natural language: Use standard spelling and grammar.
- Direct consent: Collect consent directly from your customers.
- Set expectations: Disclose message frequency at opt-in.
- Business recognition: Include ARCFUELSUPPS™ LIMITED in all messages.
- Keep messages short: Recommended under 250 characters.
- Opt-out: Always provide opt-out options in SMS.
- Troubleshooting: SMS delivery can be affected by regional and legal restrictions, sender ID issues, formatting, and carrier filtering.
TCPA & CTIA Compliance
We comply with all TCPA requirements. Noncompliance can result in penalties ($500–$1,500 per message). We follow CTIA guidelines to maintain SMS program eligibility with carriers.
Record Keeping
We maintain records of customer consent, opt-in details, and opt-out requests as required by law. When you provide consent for SMS marketing, your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in) is securely recorded in Omnisend. This information is retained to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations and to honor your communication preferences. If you withdraw your consent or opt out, this is also documented and processed promptly.
Enforcement
Employees and contractors involved in SMS marketing must review and follow this policy. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated on our website or by direct notice.
